FOUR DETAILS TO CONFIRM BEFORE SIGN-OFF

The finished cabinet needs to look like this.

Please show these four details clearly in the revised drawing. They are essential to the finished look, so I would like to confirm them before approving the design.

Meet the ceiling

The tall cabinet must be finished tight to the ceiling, with no visible gap above it.

Keep the tall cabinet in line

The tall cabinet must sit directly on the same continuous top as the lower cabinet. Its front must line up as shown in the reference photo, with no setback.

Keep the visible gap and recessed base

Leave a clear, continuous gap between the top and the lower doors, drawers and pull-down panel. That gap must remain visible in the finished cabinet. At floor level, set the base back as shown. Please match the look of my home-office cabinetry.

Centre the pull-down under the TV

The middle lower section is a pull-down panel. Its centre must line up visually with the centre of the TV. Please use the TV’s actual position when setting the widths, allowing for the curtain space at the left, and show this alignment in the revised drawing.
